3 Piece Ball Valve 3-piece design Ball valve, fitted with six metallic studs and nuts which are more safe than plastic union ring construction. They are available in size range of 15mm to 150mm . dpp 3-piece Ball valves manufactured from high quality thermoplastic like PP-Isotactic PP, GRPP- Glass Reinforced Isotactic PP, HDPE-High Density Isotactic PP, PVDF - Polyvinylidene Fluoride and Alloyed Polymer. They are available with various elastomer & PTFE body gasket to handle more corrosive and aggressive chemicals. Apart from combination of polymers and elastomer.
DPP has integrated (reinforced) MS Ring into PP flange end to overcome atmospheric effect on exposed steel parts and recommended for pressure rating of PN 20. DPP offers metal inserted stem, handle and stopper ensures long service life. Carbon black colour of valve resist ultraviolet rays & prevent degradation of Isotactic PP in sunlight exposure. The company offers ball valve with manual lever as well pneumatic or electric Actuator. dpp 3-pie'ce Ball valves are available with drilling as per BS Table 'D', ASA, DIN or any other standard.

PP Ball Valve PP/PVDF Ball Valve is chemically resistant to most of aggressive chemicals up to 120 C temperature & Economical Compared to solid PVDF Ball Valve & Teflon lined metallic valves.
This valve has a solid PVDF body, solid PVDF ball, PVDF coated (Moulded) SS-316 stem. Only two flanged ends have inner liners (moulded 3.75mm to 5.5mm thick) of PVDF and on this liners, Polypropylene flanged ends are moulded. So all chemicals comes in contact with PVDF and Teflon Materials only.
Body to ends sealing & stem sealing 'O' rings are of pure Teflon. To compress these Teflon 'O' rings firmly, a stell ring insurt of 5mm thick is moulded in flanged ends.
SS-316 insurted stem, metal insurted handle and stopper ensures strudiness & long service life.
Only imported PVDF & Polypropylene materials of grades that are internationally popular, especially used for manufacturing of valves & fittings.
Properties of Materials:-
PVDF
The exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance of PVDF makes this an ideal material for the demanding chemicals and process chemicals in use today.
PVDF has an outstanding resistance to most inorganic acids, oxidising media, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols and halogenated solvetns. It is resistant to halogentated solvents, in particular bromine (however, not to fluorine) - and to weak bases. It is degraded by fuming sulphuric acid, some strong basic amines, concentrated and hot alkalis as well as alkaline metals. It swells in high-polar solvents, for example, acetone and ethyl acetate, it is also slightly soluble in aprotic solvents, for example, dimethylformamide and dimethysulphoxide.

Diaphragm Valve Diaphragm valves are having one piece rugged body with cross ribs at flanged ends. They are available in size range of 15mm to 100mm . It's latest inverted design diaphragm remains unstressed while valve is in close position so it gives more service life. The diaphragm of these valves are available with Neoprene, EPDM , Hyplon , Butyl, PTFE-Coated and pure PTFE. Construction of valve with pure Teflon diaphragm, MS backing ring on bonnet and body which provide extra support and strength. DPP Diaphragm valves with deep seat allows maximum flow and excellent flow characteristics.
They are recommended for pressure rating of PN 10 & every valve is hydro tested at PN 10 for body & seat. These valves are available with flange drilling as per BS Table 'D', 'E' or 'F' , ASA , DIN or any other standard.

Ball Check Valve all Check valves with free floating ball. It has only moving part is ball so having least maintenance. They are available with various elastomer seat like Neoprene, EPDM , Hyplon , Viton for compatibility with different chemicals.The solid PP I PVDF ball shuts-off on elastomer seats give no chance of leakage. The free floating ball is fully supported by guide ribs for full flow and minimum turbulence. DPP - Ball Check valves are available with long and short pattern. These valves are recommended for pressure rating of PN 10 & every valve is hydro tested at PN 10.
There valves are available with flange drilling as per BS Table, ASA, DIN or any other standard and face to face length to DIN 3202 also available.
